In 2017, John Thompson aspired to enter an industry that offers immense value to customers in the DFW area. He decided to invest in his future by undergoing formal training at The King Ding Training Institute to become a certified paintless dent repair technician. After months of mentorship under the watchful eye of his mentor, John further honed his knowledge and skills in paintless dent repair.

Due to his success working with numerous private car owners and auto dealerships through the years, John was able to further expand his service offerings. Today, NTX PDR offers a full suite of dent removal services, including paintless dent repair, hail damage dent repair, crease dent repair, door ding repair, mobile dent repair, and insurance claims assistance. His extensive experience as a paintless dent repair technician is surpassed only by his good work ethic and his expert skills.
